We developed and implemented the platform that manages the complete academic operation cycle of a consulting firm: programs, events, facilitator assignment, and associated billing. It includes role-based access control (management, program leads, facilitators and participants), automatic invoice data extraction using AI, and a configurable reminder engine that notifies via email and WhatsApp according to the client's own business rules.
