This website is informational and corporate in nature. Its purpose is to present the activity of CENCO Consultoría, its technology consulting services and its reference projects, and to provide a contact channel for interested organisations.

No products or services are sold through this site, no financial transactions take place and there is no user registration. The only processing of personal data is the one arising from the contact form, described in the privacy policy.

3. Terms of use

Access to the site is free of charge and confers the status of user. Users undertake to make lawful use of the site and, in particular, not to:

  • Use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial communications, unlawful or defamatory content, or content infringing third-party rights.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This relationship is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of disputes, the parties submit to the courts of the owner's domicile, unless consumer protection legislation establishes a different mandatory jurisdiction.

Where the user accesses the site from Uruguay, or the relationship is established with the Uruguayan establishment, Uruguayan law and the jurisdiction of the courts of Montevideo shall apply.
